Archiving Policy
International Journal of Physical Activity, Nutrition and Health (IJPANH) is committed to providing open access to all published articles under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial (CC BY-NC) license. The journal ensures the long-term preservation and accessibility of full-text content through its official website ((https://ijpanh.com/index.php/pub/index ) and recognized archiving systems.
To safeguard the long-term digital preservation of published content, the journal utilizes the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) system. Developed by Stanford University Libraries, LOCKSS is an award-winning, low-cost, open-source digital preservation tool designed to ensure permanent and authorized access to digital content. It is based on the principle of maintaining multiple secure copies to prevent data loss and ensure the reliability of scholarly records.
Archiving Practices Adopted by the International Journal of Physical Activity, Nutrition and Health:
- Authors are permitted to self-archive the final published version (publisher’s version) of their articles on personal websites, institutional repositories, or subject-specific open-access archives (e.g., arXiv, ResearchGate), provided that a DOI link to the original publication is included.
- Authors or funding organizations may upload the final published version of the article to public archiving platforms (e.g., EuropePMC, PubMed Central, Zenodo).
- Authors may share the PDF version of their article with colleagues without any embargo period.
- All reuse must include proper citation of the original source, and use is restricted to non-commercial purposes. For any commercial use, prior permission from the journal is required.
