Open Access Policy

International Journal of Physical Activity, Nutrition and Health (IJPANH) is an open-access journal. All articles published in the journal are freely accessible online without any subscription, registration, or payment requirements.

Open access means that scholarly publications are made available to the public free of charge, with minimal restrictions on reuse. This model promotes the broad dissemination of research findings and is particularly valuable for authors, readers, academic institutions, and research funders seeking maximum visibility and impact.

The journal operates under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial (CC BY-NC) license. According to this license:

  • Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to the full texts of articles, index them, transfer to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author.
  • Attribution is required: Appropriate credit must be given to the original work, a link to the license must be provided, and any changes made to the original must be indicated. This must be done in a reasonable manner, without suggesting endorsement by the author or publisher.
  • Commercial use is not permitted: The content may not be used for commercial purposes.
  • No additional restrictions may be applied: No legal terms or technological measures may be imposed that legally restrict others from doing anything the license permits.

This policy aligns with the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) and complies with the standards of OpenAIRE and other international open-access infrastructures, supporting the wide dissemination, accessibility, and reuse of scientific research.
